Steam Train Post 16: Steam Tram Locomotives
As we continue on the history train journey, we arrived at our 16th stop. With this train trip, we leave the Furness Railway up in the Furness area of Lancashire, North West England and head over to Great Eastern Railway to see their steam tram engines.
Interesting Fact
Originated belong to the Great Eastern Railway before being passed to the London North Eastern Railway after grouping where they transition from being GER Class 53 to LNER Class J70 before the remaining 11 trams being giving to the British railway in 1948.
