Honoring 9/11 first Responder 2022
Honoring Responders of 9/11/2001 Attacks
Good Morning Readers,
Before my Steam Train Posts #25-28 posts go live at 11 am, I wanted to start off today's lists of posts with a special post. For those who may not know back on September 11th, 2001, the twin towers in New York City,NY were attacked along with the Pentagon in Washington,DC.
As a first responder myself, I know how it feels to respond to emergencies in my community just like the men and women did in New York City on September 11th,2001. The men & women of both NYPD & FDNY responded to the ultimate call of help that nobody wanted to happen on the United States's land. In their honor I dedicate this post to them for their dedication to respond as firefighters, police officers & emergency medical Service who have died or have suffered from the collapse of 9/11/2001.

In their honor I would like to focus the rail transportation around first responders.
For firefighters related trains click on the link below as I already talk about them as I'm a firefighter.

For police related trains we turn to the special staff known as Railroad Police. Railroad Police deal with the protection of railroad properties and work for the following in US,Canada and United Kingdom:
United States & Canada: Employed by Major Class I Railroads & smaller Railroads
United Kingdom: Employed under the British Transport Police which is the national transport police force.

Like I previously mentioned, a lot of first responders that worked in New York City as Police Officers, Firefighters & EMS personal responded and most of the personal had answered their last 911 calls for help on the tragic day of 9-11-2001 with more being affected by the diseases from site of the twin towers.
