Its Conductor Wolf, Author of Steam History Blog. Wishing everyone a happy holidays and for those who do, Merry Christmas to those who celebrate the holiday. As we wind down the 2022, I just wanted to take a moment to wish everyone a happy holiday today.  


Fun fact for those who live in United States: 

North American Aerospace Defense Command-NORAD

NORAD’s holiday tradition began in 1955 after a kid mistakenly called a Colorado military command asking to speak to Santa. More calls came in so the commander on duty assigned an officer to answer the Santa calls, and the tradition took hold.

Please note the following belongs to me as this is a holiday theme poem I made:

 12 days leading up to Christmas

12 days out from Christmas, I put up the Christmas tree 

11 days out from Christmas,I decorated the tree with Christmas ordinates 

10 days out from Christmas, I decorated the room with Christmas light  

9 days out from Christmas, I bought Christmas gifts 

8 days out from Christmas, I wrapped those Christmas gifts 

7 days out from Christmas, my four cats checked my Christmas work 

6 days out from Christmas, had to change a Christmas light bulb

5 days out from Christmas, snow storm was predicted to come 

4 days out from Christmas, the storm is 48 hours away 

3 days out from Christmas, the storm was 36 hours away 

2 days out from Christmas, the storm was 24 hours away 

Day of Christmas, the storm fell apart due to a Christmas miracle and I was able to have a Christmas party
